Symptoms

On the P13732 (Labor Entry) application, when the user inputs a Related Order (alias RORN) and presses Save Changes, the system creates a F4101 (Item Entry) F4102 (Item Branch) and F41021 (Item Location) record which should not be created.  Inputting a related order into the Related Order (alias RORN) field should not create new records for the F4101, F4102, and F41021 files.

Steps To Duplicate:
1. Create a P1701 / P1702 Equipment record and input an inventory item number on the P1702.
2. Create a new P13700 / P13714, Planning Workbench, work order.
3. On P13714, input the equipment number from step 1 on this order.
4. Create a P4310 purchase order.
5. On P13700 / P13714, select the Labor tab (P13732) and see the Equipment Number and Inventory Item number in the header section.
On the grid for Operation Sequence #1 input the PO # from step 4 into the Related Order (alias RORN) field and press Save.
6. A new record is created for the F4101, F4102, and F41021 files.
