E1: OVR: One View Reports (OVR) Can Not Be Created From Jas Server From Any Interactive Application (Doc ID 3050672.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to create a new OneView Report (OVR), the following error is recorded into the JAS e1root log and the OVR cannot be saved

Steps to replicate:
1. From "Work With Addresses" form (Application: P01012 / Version: ZJDE0001 / Form: W01012B), click on the "One View"
2. Select "Create New Report" from the drop-down list.
3. On the Report Definition panel, select a few columns from the grid and I click "Save".
4. Type the name of the Report on the "Enter New Name" popup and then click "Ok".
5. After few seconds, the message "Failed to save the report" appears.
