Symptoms

When attempting to use the search function from an existing Case (P90CG501 calling P90CG502), the following error occurs when clicking the Search button:


JAS_MSG346: JAS database failure

Steps:
1. Navigate to Menu G90CE0302 and access P90CE050 Solutions. Ensure that a number of solutions exist.
2. Enable Solution Advisor in SWM Constants (P17001).
3. Access any Case (P17500 calling P90CG501).
4. Click on the Solution tab, then click on the Search hyperlink (P90CG502).
5. Enter a search criteria that matches one of the words in the Solutions from P90CE050 and click Search. Note the following error:

JAS_MSG346: JAS database failure
