Symptoms

During the installation of Server Manager Agent 9.2.8 on an AIX server, the installation process terminates unexpectedly with the following error messages:

Error Observed On-Screen:

SEVERE: Abnormal program termination. An internal error has occurred. Please provide the following files to Oracle Support.
