Purpose
The 'Print on Invoice – Detached' adjustment, commonly known as just 'Detached adjustment', allows the addition of a separate amount to the order, without affecting the original line’s unit price or adding a new line to the order. Detached adjustments can be used with Sales only; other Target Applications are not available. The functionality has been available since the XE release, with enhancements added in 8.12.
Detached adjustments are linked to the original line(s) so that any changes made here will be reflected in the detached adjustment. Detached adjustments write to the F4074 table.
