Purpose
This document provides a list of items to check to improve MRP Performance. It can be an aid in troubleshooting setup issues or areas requiring maintenance. Performance can be greatly improved and stabilized when using this list of maintenance checks. As businesses grow, commonly-used files grow and must be purged or archived to allow Requirements Planning and other manufacturing modules to work at their full potential.
Use the following checklist as a preventive measure to allow the MRP programs (R3482 and R3483), Work Order Processing (R31410) and Work Order Repost (R3190) programs to perform efficiently.
