E1: OMW: Error 130J "Failed to write file" during Check-In or Check-Out of a Business Function or Table in OMW (Doc ID 631737.1)

Symptoms

Check-Out or Check-In Errors

User is receiving the following error when trying to check-in or check-out any business function or table objects in Object Management Workbench (OMW):

Failed to write file \\DEPLOYMENT\EXXX\DVXXX\include\N7000341.h in FUtil::CopyF.

The  jdedebug.log has the following:

INSERT INTO SYSXXX.F98211 VALUES ('c4e74634-1866-4b4a-8ee0-55ebe103449f',2l,'130J','\\DEPLOYMENT\EXXX\DVXXX\include\N7000341.h|FUtil::CopyF|',' ',' ',' ',0,0,0,0.000000,0.000000,0.000000,'P98220','USERID','USERID',104057,83615.000000,' ',' ')

Check-Out Error

If this is happening during check-out, the following error is also seen on screen in the OMW application (P98220):
