E1: WRKFLW: Common Issues When Sending Email (Doc ID 632053.1)

Goal

1. When EnterpriseOne try to send email either by Business Function, UBE or Workflow, jde log shows error "Response from the SMTP server is 5505.7.1 - Reply denied" and email is not sent. How to make the smtp server send email ?

2. When workflow try to send email, jde log shows error below and the email is not sent.

4. The debug log is showing email sometime takes longer to send.
