Hierarchy or role sequence does not appear to be working as I expected with Application security.  I have created two roles; the first role with the lower role sequence number has *ALL Application security applied denying users from all applications. The second role with the higher role sequence number does not have a *ALL security record.

When a user has both roles assigned and signs in as *ALL, I would expect that the should be able to access applications such as Object Management Workbench (P98220). There is no explicit record for the P98220 in the security table. However, when signing on as *ALL, the user is secured from the application.  When signing on as just the role with the higher sequence number, the user can access the OMW application correctly.
