Symptoms

Scenario 1

The FAT client install fails after all system and pathcode files are copied down.  The error on the screen is:

Setup failed to configure license.  Please check jdeinst.log for more information.

 The JDEINST.LOG has the following:

CInstaller::ConfigureSecurity():  Licensing configuration failed.
CInstaller::InstallClientListener:  Failed to launch an executable. The command line was c:\OneWorld Client Install\Push Install Listener\Setup.exe /s

The JDE.LOG has the following:

TAMInitX  (w:\oneworld client install\client\jdeclntuni.xdc): Error opening index file "w:\oneworld client install\client\jdeclntuni.xdc" : The system cannot find the path specified.  WinErrNum=3. Invalid argument. Std C errno=22.

 

Scenario 2

User is receiving the following message:

Setup Failed to configure license. Please check the jdeinst.log for more information.
