Goal

As customers apply a bulk number of Software Updates patches, especially given the new recommendations for fix current, the need to have a report or method for showing which updates have Special Instructions is becoming more apparent. The process of clicking on each update just to see if the update has a special instructions has become a very tedious task. 

<Bug 10905250> CHANGE ASSISTANT ABILITY TO ID - SAR: 7856291 was created to enhance the Change Assistant to show the updates that have special instructions either through a column on the screen or in the application report.
