 How to install Workflow Modeler ?
 We tried to install Workflow Modeler on a PC, but we're getting "Error: -1606 Could not access the workflow location".  Why?
 Why does the Workflow Modeler install fail after upgrading to 8.96 or 8.97?
 Why does the installation of Workflow Modeler fail on workstations installed with double byte languages like Chinese, Korean, Japanese on Windows OS?
