E1: SCHED: Scheduler Unable to Find Specs For New UBE Version (Doc ID 650692.1)

Symptoms

You have created a custom version for a report, and submit spec-only to your Enterprise Server.  If you schedule the report/version in Scheduler, it fails to run.  The errors in the server JDE.LOG shows:

The same report/version runs correctly when submitted from Batch Versions.
