Symptoms

After installing EnterpriseOne 8.12 on Windows Server 2003, EnterpriseOne host services start and UBES run, but PORTTEST fails.  When running PORTTEST, the following messages are being logged for the process:


All other kernel logs are free of any error messages, aside from the messages logged in the Security Server kernel log when PORTTEST fails.
