Scenario 1 Unable to validate the supplied credentials
After recently upgrading to Tools Release 8.97, customer tries to add an EnterpriseOne user through the management console in Server Manager. Customer also tries to add the user to the console_user and console_admin groups.
When customer attempts to login to Server Manager using this user, it gives an error:

Customer tries to add an EnterpriseOne user through the management console in Server Manager. Customer also adds the user to the console_admin group.
When customer attempts to login to Server Manager using this user, receives the error:
Scenario 3 Unable to validate the supplied credentials
Customer updates management console in Server Manager to 9.2.X, imports user IDs from previous release but now can not login with any of those IDs.
Scenario 4 The user smuser1 is not known to the management console
Although the user smuser1 exists in management console users, the following error is seen the server manager console log at FINER level
