You are getting the following error in the Enterprise Server JDEDEBUG.LOG:

SendSecSrvrRequest: s->status returned by server-15

In the Enterprise Server Security Kernel JDE.LOG the following error appears:

Unable to get the language for user xxxxxxxx from F00921

You also get a pop-up message:

JD Edwards Enterprise One could not sign you on. Make sure your User id is correct and retype your password
