Symptoms
Server Manager errors are seen when starting the Managed Instance.(Web Sphere 6.1 Instances running under secured profile only).
Server Manager is not able to get the correct status of the websphere 6.1 and 7.0 application servers under a secured profile and the ability to manage websphere functionality from SM will result in error. Within server manager the instance will show as Instance Not running although the instance is running.
