Symptoms

ERP8 is upgraded to EnterpriseOne 8.12 and Tools Release 8.98 with an Oracle database and Oracle Application Server.  When logging into the JDV environment, which is a copy of the  PD environment, menus do not show and when launching any application the following message appears:

The following message shows in the JAS.LOG:
