Symptoms

Symptom 1: Failed to establish a connection from the Management Console to the remote agent 'xxxxx' on port 14502

The Server Manager Console is not able to communicate with agents on the Enterprise, Portal and/or JAS server.

The customer had register the Enterprise Server as a Managed Server within Server Manager, then uninstalled the Server Manager Agent from the server from the Enterprise Server. The customer re-installed the agent, but when trying to register the existing Enterprise Server instance received the errors message below.

2. When installing Server Manager Agent on Windows HTML server, there is a connection timed out error at the end of the installation, which causes the installation fails.
