Symptom 1: Failed to establish a connection from the management console to the remote agent 'xxxxx' on port 14502
The server manager console is not able to communicate with agents on the enterprise, portal and/or JAS server.
The customer had register the Enterprise server as managed server within server manager, then the customer accidentally un-installed the server manager agent from the server from the Enterprise server. The customer re-installed the agent, but when trying to register the Enterprise server he received the errors message below.
2. Install server manager agent on Windows HTML server, get the connection timed out error at the end of the installation, therefore installation fails.
