Purpose

When using WO routings that contain outside operations, it is important to understand how the Shop Floor Control System will schedule the operation, and the related purchase order (PO) that is created by running Work Order Generation (R31410).  Both Fixed and Variable lead times are addressed.

Scope

This document is applicable to JD Edwards EnterpriseOne users using Manufacturing Product Data Management and Shop Floor Control modules.
