E1: SOLEXP: Roles Drop-Down Menu not Showing Up on First Login Page when Logging into Web Client (Doc ID 949005.1)

After upgrading from EnterpriseOne release 8.10 to 9.0, web client users have some difficulty with the changed log in sequence.  The application P95921 is configured with the box checked: "Choose role on Login page," but the users' web client login page has *ALL pre-populated in the role field and no other roles available to select (e.g., in a drop-down list in that field). This Role Field displays when selecting the "Details" option. 

Users can manually type in a role instead of *ALL, if they know what role to type in, but if not, then they have to manually blank out the Role field and click the Sign In button to move to the next page in order to get a drop-down list of roles to select from.  Is this the way EnterpriseOne is supposed to work?
