Symptoms

The customer is using business services to consume a 3rd party application to process orders to JDE. The users were getting timeout errors and could not process orders. The error message in the business services log was *ERROR* CallObject@1e75865: COSE#1017 Associated kernel not found.  And after this error they were getting: Cannot find the user session with session ID 405630762 either because the user never logged in or because the user session has been expired, please (re)login.

Below are log entries from e1root_20090629.log on BSSV Web Server <Machine Name>
Observed the same pattern with these error messages. For the first time, it always starts with Business Function execution error and then after a few minutes we see user session with session ID error (Since, this is after few minutes, I think this is when user is attempting to do the 2nd transaction). From then we see the same user session with session ID error again and again until we restart BSSV instance.

Below are debug log entry from bssv_20090629.log on BSSV Web Server <Machine Name>

This is just before giving business function execution error. It appears that system is trying to get a business function method from Cache. Are we getting this error because system is using the session ID from cache?
