Symptoms

Scenario - 1

Multi-foundation is implemented for EnterpriseOne 9.0 where Tools Release 8.98.1.2 is on port 6015 and new TR 8.98.2.2 is running on port 6016. 

For the new foundation, an add-on plan was executed to add the same server name with the new port number 6016. 

All environments except Production are moved to the new foundation running on port 6016.

To implement multi-foundation the instructions used were detailed in <Document 865621.1> Multifoundation with Tools Release 8.97 and Onwards. 

Implementing multi foundation works and PORTTEST runs, but users are unable to see the menu after logging into the HTML/Web client. 

The JAS.LOG has the following error messages:
