Troubleshooting Steps
 Getting "Software Protection Environment Error" when taking menu selections in the following scenarios:
 Issue 1 - After installing Software License Manager
 Issue 2 - After performing an IPL on the iSeries
 Issue 3 - After changing the software protection code (SPC) information in the JDE system values screen 
 Issue 4 - When Mirroring one iSeries to another and attempting to take menu selections on the second iSeries 
 Issue 5 -  When upgrading your environment to release A7.3 CU 12 or A8.1 CU 4 
 Issue 6 - When 'Save While Active' is switched on
 Issue 7 - After experiencing a power outage (power failure)
 Issue 8 - After entering SPC on Disaster Recovery (DR) machine
 Issue 9 - Maximum Licensed User Count Exceeded (JDE9861) and Maximum Licensed Users Exceeded (JDE9862)
 Other Issues:
 Issue 1 - Receiving an array index error on P98802X when rebuilding the SLM indexes
 Issue 2 - After entering the Software Protection Code in the JDE System Values to increase the Maximum User count, the Software License Manager Inquiry screen does not reflect the correct Maximum Users
 Issue 3 - The Audit/Error Message Inquiry on menu G943 shows a message 3407, "Read operation failed on index JDE_IDX_4."  There is no other indication of a problem.
 Issue 4 - When performing a backup, the system returns a message indicating that index JDE_IDX_1 in library QGPL is in use
