Troubleshooting Steps
 Issue 1: When a user tries to add, change or delete in an action-required program, he/she receives "Error 0001- Action Invalid."
 Issue 2: The following message "Error 0002, Record Invalid" displays when attempting to add Action Code Security to a non-JD Edwards World program
 Issue 3: When a user tries the F4 function key in the Batch Entry and Status program, P00100/V00100, nothing happens and no error is issued.
 Issue 4: Security Violation Errors
 Issue 5: Invalid Function Key Pressed
 Issue 6: Fast Path Not Allowed
 Issue 7: No Execution Authority on Form
 Issue 8: ERROR 0026   Not Authorized to this Record 
 Issue 9: Blank Menu and Menu Traveling produces Security Violation error
 Issue 10: When a user tries to delete an entry from a UDC table, error 378M is returned.
 Issue 11: Action Code security for an action-required program in A9.2 is set up to allow Inquire only authority to *PUBLIC, but user is allowed to make changes.
