 BI Publisher:
 Issue 1:  When running the Setup.exe to install the BI Publisher Enterprise Server, the setup (DOS) window displays and then disappears with no information on the error.
 Issue 2:  Query Builder takes too long to display a list of files, or the system returns an error before the list is displayed that the list of tables is too long.
 Issue 3:  The system returns an error on a Secure JDE User Profile that the connection failed when you click 'Test Connection'.
 Issue 4:  When installing the BI Publisher Desktop (Microsoft Word plug-in), the system returns an error that Java Runtime Environment not installed (JRE 1.6 or higher needs to be installed).
 Issue 5:  When installing the BI Publisher Desktop (Microsoft Word plug-in), the system returns an error that Could not find Java SE Runtime Environment, and/or could not find java.dll, and/or Registry key 'Software\JavaSoft\Java Runtime Environment'\CurrentVersion' has the value '1.8', but '1.7' is required. 
 Issue 6:  When using the BI Publisher's Query Builder tool to create an SQL statement the system returns an Invalid Schema error after the SQL is verified or saved.
 Issue 7:  Report data appears in HEX, Julian Dates are not converted to Gregorian, and there are no decimal places for Amount fields.
 Issue 8:  When attempting to create a connection with BI Publisher Enterprise Server through the JDBC driver, the system returns the message "Could not establish connection".
 Issue 9:  When implementing BI Publisher for invoice printing, the transformation template is not accessible to several users.  Error "600P User restricted from IFS directory path" is received. 
 Issue 10: Unable to locate BI Publisher Tags and/or identify font family in a template.
 Electronic Data Delivery (EDD) Related Issues:
 Issue 1:  When attempting to use an RTF template with Electronic Document Delivery (EDD), the system returns errors:  oracle.xdo.common.log.Logger log and SEVERE: Unsupported DIBBITBLT param: aa0029.
 Issue 2:  The system returns ERROR: FATAL - Exception encountered in processEmailRequest() oracle.apps.xdo.delivery.MissingRequiredPropertyException: Required property missing.
 Issue 3:  The system returns ERROR: oracle.xml.parser.v2.XMLParseException: Whitespace required.
 Issue 4:  When using a BI Publisher template, the system returns an IO exception, file not found, or BI process failed error.
 Issue 5:  After refreshing the test environment and attempting to run any EDD process, the message "Error calling EDDProcessTransaction" is received (with a detailed error message stating, "Java Execution Error, 400T, CAUSE: The EDD Server program was unable to execute the ProcessEDDTransaction java program.  This error is usually due to one or more invalid entries in the F00CFG file.") and Electronic Document Delivery (EDD) will not work. 
 Issue 6:  EDD is not processing a World Writer version when using a custom print file.  Error message received: “File QSYSPRT not found in the job”.
 Issue 7:  Output to .csv for the application currently enabled encounters the error CPF3491. Error message contained in Joblog: Overprinting lost for records in file R03413 (for example).
 Issue 8: When using EDD and certain attachment types with Lotus Notes, the attachment is placed in the body of the email, and not as an attachment. 
 Issue 9: When using the EDD email template some external emails receive no email body, but an extra attached pdf with the email body that can only be opened with a text editor. 
 Issue 10: Version of P43500 with PO#30 set to print through the subsystem will not export or process EDD.
 Issue 11: When running Affordable Care Act (ACA) through EDD process the job does not complete correctly with a Manifest XML missing, customers may see only 2 XML reports with incorrect file names, see error "Error processing XSL transformation" in IFS folder/file World_EDD_A93x/Logs/edd.log 
 Issue 12: When two users simultaneously submit the same DREAM Writer version for Form ID P43500 to be exported to the same directory, in some instances the exported XML file created by one user is replaced with the other user's XML file. 
 Issue 13: When a document or form is created through the EDD process, one or more fields are printing blank even though there is data in the generated XML file.
 Issue 14: When using EDD to print forms, the PDF file created is empty or the PDF fails to create.
 Issue 15: When using the EDD email template with ad hoc emails, the emails receive no email body, but an extra attached txt file containing the email body. 
 Issue 16: When running Validate EDD or running any EDD program - Validation will show error ERROR: EDD files NOT found using libList and program will show: ERROR - F00E06 not found in specified Library List
 Issue 17: EDD program - error in EDD log shows: java.io.UnsupportedEncodingException: 
 Issue 18: No .pdf or .rtf is created when the Job description (JOBD) in the User Profile (USRPRF) is not valid, resulting in no email received and no logs generated when running the EDD process:
 Issue 19: XML file does not create using JDE World A9.2.1 BI Publisher/EDD when using P42530.
 Issue 20: Adhoc email (G00E/14) fails for newly created User with "**UNKNOWN ERROR**".
 Export:
 Issue 1: Exportable reports, e.g. .txt, .csv and .XML is not exporting to the IFS directory. QPJOBLOG refects the following message "Record in file RXXXXX truncated at end of line"
