Symptoms

When using Select Multiple Locations (P42053) option 4 from ship confirm (P4205) to change locations on multiple lines, return to P4205, and place a 1 in the option fields of those lines to ship confirm. Upon pressing enter, the P4205 will leave the first line 1 and any subsequent option lines 01. The lines will properly process but has the potential to cause confusion for users.


STEPS:

  1. Create multi-line sales order with items that have multiple locations.
  2. Set P4205 processing option Enter '1' to have the system pre-load the update option ('1') to option field. This option is not applicable to batch shipment confirmation. to blank.
  3. Using the P4205 inquire on the sales order.
  4. Use option 4 to use Select Multiple Locations (P42053) and change location, return to P4205.
  5. Place a value of 1 in the option field and press enter. Note the first line retains the value of 1 and the subsequent lines are changed to 01.
