Symptoms
When entering a sales order using the Vertex tax interface for a Florida geocode, the order is taxed by item and not order. Does JDE / Vertex have the ability to tax by order? This issue is due to a regulatory law to cap County taxes after a $5000.00 minimum for the state of Florida and its geocodes.
Example: The product is a building (1 building). Several invoices for progressive billings may be cut and should recognize the $5000.00 minimum has already been met. Currently, the software is limited to $5,000 per line, not order.
