WS: 07: Kentucky School Tax Type N Shows no Gross Pay in F06166 After Payroll Final Update, P063901, with 2 Different 9 Digit Geocodes in Employee Entry, P0801 (Doc ID 2969285.1)

Symptoms

With 2 different 9 digit geocodes (1 for Work and 1 for Residence) for Kentucky set up on the employee master, the gross pay for Kentucky school tax, tax type N, is not updated in F06166 (Paycheck History Tax Ledger) after Payroll Final Update, P063901.

Steps:

  1. In Employee Entry, P0801, set up a Kentucky employee with 2 different 9 digit geocodes, 1 for Work and 1 for Residence. EX: 181110490 & 181110410.
  2. Process Pre-Payroll, P06210, for this employee.
  3. Review F063501, Paycheck Workfile in the payroll library, and note that the gross pay for tax type N is correct.
  4. Process the employee through Final Update, P063901.
  5. Query F06166 and there is no gross pay for tax type N.
