This document lists some solutions to "Invalid Account" or "Subledger Required" errors during Payroll Journal Entries as seen on the T3 section of the Payroll Journal Batch Proof.

Troubleshooting Steps
 1. The system is charging a benefit DBA to an incorrect account number for one employee only.
 2. The system is returning "Invalid Account" errors on the Burden Fringe (BF) entry on the T3.
 3. After adding a new DBA, the journal batch proof shows "Invalid Account" and is posting to a .9999 object.
