Symptoms

If a library that has *PUBLIC *EXCLUDE, then I know that ALL users are not allowed into that library.  Now, if I have a user profile that has *ALLOBJ authority, then I know that my profile will override that library's *EXCLUDE, and I can see what is in the library.

If I have a library that has *PUBLIC *USE, then the public can use the library and see the files and data within that library.  However, if an object, (data file), within this library has *ALL or *CHANGE, does the user, once in the library, have authority to make changes or delete the file?  Basically, does the data file authority take over if allowed access to the library?
