To describe how to troubleshoot issues and errors related to Web Enablement, JWalk, Java Client, WorldVision, and HTTP.

 403 - Trying to activate JWalk Server HTML Feature for IBM iSeries with a wrong installation key (F06)
 HTTP 403 Forbidden Error

Issues and Messages
 Issue 1: Could not connect to host or could not connect to server <Server_Name> on port 1289, generated when the user is not able to open the JAVA client through a browser
 Issue 2: Server 127.0.0.1 on port 1289 does not support the correct protocol
 Issue 3: Seagull License & message Server could not be contacted
 Issue 4: Pop up screen includes "Line 356 - Assignment: Expression Type <> Variable Type"
 Issue 5: Web Enablement and JD Edwards World is locking, freezing, and/or slow response time
 Issue 6: Cannot enter new license codes from Oracle to the License Message Server (LMS)
 Issue 7: The JWalk Server Cannot Start Due to Configuration Errors
 Issue 8: The JWalk server cannot be started
 Issue 9: Not able to locate editing message files and panels
 Issue 10: Unable to edit source code within Software Versions Repository (SVR, menu G90)
 Issue 11: Legasuite.ini file (A9.3) or jwalk.ini (A9.2) file is missing or invalid
 Issue 12: The screen and fonts do not display full screen
 Issue 13: FTP and Install process hangs on object style.css
 Issue 14: The font displays too large on one PC when using A94WEB without a browser
 Issue 15: FTP and Install process for A94WEB fails with error "550 REXX procedure LGEINS ended; return code 4."
 Issue 16: FTP and Install process for A94WEB fails with error "550 REXX procedure LGEINS ended; return code 8."
 Issue 17: After upgrading to A94WEB version 8.3.1, Product Information still shows runtime version 8.2.2.
 Issue 18: The "Print Panel" not printing print screens.
 Issue 19: Message "Fatal Error occured" and possibly seeing high CPU utilization on the system with Web Enablement Users signed on.
 Issue 20: Message "Could not load program ./legasrv" when starting Web Enablement v10.1.0 and higher via cmd LEGASRVP/STRLEGASRV.
 Issue 21: New Client install and using Desktop shortcut.  The menu screens do not have options on left hand side nor do they have the header displayed like our previous Web Enablement.   Looks more like the green screen.
 Issue 22: In the Journal Entry program (P09101) use F1 in the Account No. field, enter a value in the Skip to field (09AS, Account Master Search Window) and nothing happens.
 Issue 23: After applying A94WEBCLI version 10.2.1, end users experience a flickering screen when tabbing between fields in an application (e.g. P09101, Journal Entry).

 Issue 1:  After upgrading the desktop Java Version receiving message 'Application Blocked'  and 'Your security settings have blocked an application from running due to missing a "Permissions" manifest attribute in the main jar. '
 Issue 2:  External users connect to JWalk are disconnected after a few minutes of inactivity
 Issue 3:  Users are unable to launch links from a generic text window, e.g. URL or File
 Default Ports required for functionality
