Glassfish Administration GUI Shows the Incorrect Setting for the HTTP Server Enable File Cache Option (Doc ID 1003937.1)

Symptoms

As documented in the Application Server 2004Q2 Administration Guide, the Application Server should have File Cache enabled by default.  However, when you navigate to the HTTP Server settings, you see that it is not enabled:
