How can I suppress or customize error messages that are displayed while
running my Oracle Forms application?

For example:

You would like to suppress or customize an error message like:

FRM-40401 : No changes to commit.
FRM-40401 : No changes to save.
FRM-40405 : No changes to apply.
FRM-41051 : You cannot create records here.

You would like to redirect the error messages shown on the console and display
them in an alert for the user, and maybe add a better message.
