The user date parameter is stored as YY format within a report so that when

you try to pass this via SRW.RUN_REPORT to a drilldown report requiring a

YYYY date format for the input user date, the century does not come over as

YYYY (and thus loses the 20 of the 21st century).

Using 'RR' or 'RRRR' format in the primary report is irrelevant for passing

the date and the receiving drilldown report does not recognize the century

difference no matter how you set up the two reports.
