In Oracle Forms, you create a trigger that runs a stored database procedure.
You run the form. When the trigger fires, the following error occurs:

FRM-40735: <trigger name> trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06550.

When you press the [Display Error] function key
or select Help --> Display Error from the menu during runtime, the following message displays:

FRM-42100: No errors encountered recently.
