When Viewing An Image, the Error "Information Broker received an object ID that could not be resolved" Occurs (Doc ID 1053557.1)

Symptoms

The following error is being received within the IPM Services logs when any action is taken to resolve an object or retrieve the document properties:

InfoBrkr: Information Broker received an object ID that could not be resolved. Status values could not be resolved.

The below error also occurs when viewing an image from the IPM Production client:

One of the selected objects could not be resolved.  Error Returned: 40322

Changes

Compatibility mode on the Database Server was changed to 90 or higher.
