When Viewing An Image, the Error "Information Broker received an object ID that could not be resolved" Occurs

The following error is being received within the IPM Services logs when any action is taken to resolve an object or retrieve the document properties:
The below error also occurs when viewing an image from the IPM Production client:
Compatibility mode on the Database Server was changed to 90 or higher.
