For FMW 12c: How To Automatically Supply Passwords To RCU Silent Installation for 12c

Goal

The Repository Creation Utility (RCU) User's Guide describes how RCU can be run using the command line interface (CLI) in cases where an X-Server is not available. This implies that you cannot supply the passwords automatically and thus run RCU in unattended mode, which is reinforced by the following section in the same Guide. It is however, supported to supply passwords to RCU CLI via redirection, this is not documented in the FMW11g (11.1.1.2.0) documentation. The goal of this note is to detail the procedure required to supply passwords to RCU CLI via redirection, and so perform an unattended installation.
