Goal

To provide process on how to change default transaction time (30 seconds) in an BEA AquaLogic Data Services Platform (ALDSP)/Oracle Data Service Integrator (ODSI) application.

Assume you have long running queries in the database. It is expected behavior that these can run for up to 10 minutes before completing successfully. The default timeout of ALDSP services is 30 seconds - this is too low when you invoke those long-running queries and needs to be jacked up significantly to say 600 seconds.
