Forms Builder crashes when opening a module created with Forms Builder 10.1.2 (Doc ID 1058240.1)

Opening in Forms Builder a form module or PL/SQL library generated with Forms Builder 10.1.2 will then crash Forms Builder if that form module or PL/SQL library is making calls to Forms Built-In functions or procedures.

Forms Builder will then crash with the following error message:

AppName: frmbld.exe AppVer: ModName: orapls11.dll
ModVer: Offset: 00002541



Note:  The following or similar symptoms may occur at runtime on windows:

FRM-93652:  The runtime has terminated abnormally

A microsoft window popup appears which says:

Oracle Forms Runform has stopped working
close the program
