Symptoms

During a period of network instability, experienced the known connect-over-connect scenario in which an ON_STARTUP configured gateway(a Tuxedo GWTDOMAIN process) connects to an INCOMING_ONLY gateway multiple times without an intermediate disconnect. Usually caused by a firewall that drops the connection on one side only.
