How to remove warnings related to MessageBufferBean and MessageBufferTopicBean?

Symptoms
Upon deployment of Weblogic Portal (WLP) applications to cluster, the following warning messages are logged in server log --

The destination JNDI name is weblogic.portalApplication.WlwRuntimeAppScopedJMS#MSG_BUFFER_TOPIC, the provider URL is null>

There is no MSG_BUFFER_QUEUE and MSG_BUFFER_TOPIC in the JNDI tree. Also, the application is not using com.bea.control.annotations.MessageBuffer annotation.
How to remove these warnings?
