(Doc ID 1060760.1)
Last updated on AUGUST 14, 2024
Applies to:
Oracle WebCenter Content - Version 11.1.1.9.0 and laterMicrosoft Windows (32-bit)
Symptoms
The Content Server is configured to authenticate Active Directory users. It works correctly with one domain where the Content Server is installed. A second Active Directory domain was added with users and groups that will map to the Content Server. A one way trust relationship was configured between the domains. The Domain with the Content server is the trusting domain, the second domain is the trusted domain.
Active Directory users from the second domain fail to authenticate on the Content Server.
Changes
A trust relationship was configured in Active Directory to allow users from a trusted domain to authenticate to the Content Server.
