Symptoms
When a content item has a long title (up to 255 character), this can result in the Folio Structure Tray to be wider than normal. This behavior acts slightly differently in different browsers:
Firefox may extend beyond the physical width of screen depending upon browser font size rendering the Element Info tray inaccessible.
Internet Explorer may extend beyond the physical width of screen depending upon font size, but should produce scroll bars.
