"Return code = 1275" And IFS-78007 When NtfsServer Starts Up On Windows 64 Bit (Doc ID 1063888.1)

Symptoms


Using Content Management SDK 9.0.4.2.2 on Windows 2003 Standard Server 64 Bit on an Intel Xeon platform.

After a successful installation, and after a system reboot, when trying to startup CMSDK, all agents startup fine, except the NtfsServer.

Following error is logged by the NtfsServer in the ORACLE_HOME\ifs\cmsdk\log\<domain name>\<Node name>.log:

08.02.10 11:58 NtfsServer: Return code = 1275
08.02.10 11:58 NtfsServer: OracleIfsd driver failed to start.
08.02.10 11:58 NtfsServer: If an Oracle 9iFS installation has just been completed then a system restart may be needed to complete the installation of the OracleIfsd driver.
08.02.10 11:58 NodeManager: Initialize: unable to start server NtfsServer
oracle.ifs.common.IfsException: IFS-45086: Unable to load server (NtfsServer)
