Symptoms
A 10gR2 Form can not be generated against an 11.2 DB, among the errors encountered are:
Compilation error on procedure XYZ :
PL/SQL ERROR 801 at line 1, column 1 internal error [60603]
The compilation has no problem when done against a 10.1 DB.

Now using an 11.2 DB
