Symptoms

Configured the Exchange Connector (9.1.1.1 and using OIM Server 9.1.0.2) IT Resource to use Remote Manger and created mailbox. But the Admin Console receives error
EXCHANGE.MAILBOX_CREATION_FAILED
and the error log shows:
