Trying to Login to Webcenter Spaces Returns an "Error Encountered" Message

After everything had been working fine at first, suddenly Logging to Webcenter Spaces shows an error message.
1. Access to http://<HOST>:<PORT>/webcenter/spaces
2. Login as the weblogic user or any other user already created, get the message:
We have recorded this internal error to help us fix the problem. You may want to contact administrator or try again after some time."
3. If trying to register a new user, get the message:
"Cannot initialize identity store"
