Troubleshooting Error: "Failure of server APACHE bridge" Accessing Portal Page (Doc ID 1069135.1)

Purpose

This document will help in troubleshooting the following error when accessing Oracle Portal:

"Failure of server APACHE bridge:
No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF."

This could appear when accessing a Portal page, after configuring Oracle Portal 11, access after upgrade.

The note also includes couple scenarios, having the same error after the upgrade.
