Receiving a "404 Not Found" Error When Attempting to Retrieve Certain Package Attachments When Using IPM Web (Doc ID 1069333.1)

When attempting to view certain package attachments from the IPM Web client, a  "404 not found" error is displayed in the viewer window.  This only occurs on attachments that have been manually added using the IPM Production client.
